the hotel's location was acceptAbLE, especially for visiting nearby attractions.
the room i got was not great AT all. it was old and kinda dirty, a far cry from what i expected based on the pictures. the noise from outside was also constant.

the rooms were spacious and clean. the staff was very friendly and polite. the walk to disneyland was convenient, it was close. parking was close to our room, this was helpful.
the shop for food has limited options, i felt a need for more variety.

the location was perfect for our family. the walk to the park was short. the water playground kept my kids entertained for hours each day. the convenience store in the lobby was super handy for snacks and drinks.
i did notice the grout in the bathroom could use a little refreshing.

mimi's restaurant is conveniently located across the street, that offers a great option for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, it made our meal planning easy. the hotel lacks breakfast however many restaurants are close.

the staff responded quickly when we requested an extra fan for the room, they promptly delivered it to us. staff was friendly and helpful and check in was fast and smooth.

our room had two queen beds, and that was perfect for our family. the room was clean, quiet and well maintained, it ensured a relaxing stay. we had two balconies with large tvs, microwave and minifridge.

the hotel features a nice pool and a fun splash park for children with laundry facilities. the water park closed at 10:00pm so the kids can enjoy jacuzzi after the park. the grounds and garden were well kept.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Disney.
This made hauling luggage to the second floor difficult. I found the lack of assistance frustrating.

The room had so much space! The balcony overlooked the quiet pool area, and I loved that. The front desk super nice team and pleasant and nothing was a bother to them.
There was only one hook in the bathroom. there wasn't much counter space.
